


Management Services for Owners
We will undertake a weekly check of your property. This will include an internal and external security check to make sure the doors and windows are secure, testing appliances and utilities to see that all are in working order, air the property, professionally clean the swimming pool (additional charge) and tend to the garden (additional charge). A log book detailing the state of repair of your property will be maintained and we will email photographs of any damage. Prices start from £60 for a two bedroom apartment based on a 12 month contract.
Our fees are easily recouped by regular letting of your property. While we offer a standard package of property management, we can also provide a tailored service to any individual property and our range is extensive. We can organise builders, arrange cleaners, install security and of course market and manage the rental of your property through our extensive network of leading travel agents and tour operators.
Rental Programme
Our rental programme is designed to ensure that you receive the maximum income from your property. Bridge Holmes International has an established reputation as a supplier of quality accommodation to leading UK and European tour operators. We are also able to directly place your property with leading travel agencies and to combine it with a range of travel products ideally suited to today’s dynamic packaging. This includes car hire, airport transfers, travel insurance, airport hotels, airport car parking, pre-book able golf, reduced health & beauty treatments, baby sitting service etc all of which are combined with your property to increase its appeal.
Renting a property is hard work and can be a minefield for the unwary. We will deal with all enquiries from clients, vet clients, maintain booking calendars. Administer all bookings, take deposits and balances, hold security deposits and make relevant deductions. Issue clients with booking conditions, directions and arrival instructions. Prepare your property with a thorough clean and grocery welcome pack. Check the property and inventory after clients departure and thoroughly clean. Issue a 24 hour emergency telephone number. Maintain contact with clients from their first enquiry to when they leave Spain. Cost? Just 15%!
